Shipping & Local Delivery Info
- Available only to LOCAL delivery orders: 43123, Grove City, and LIMITED surrounding areas (ie Orient, Commercial Point, etc) approx 15 miles maximum. Options available to your address will be present at checkout.
- Order Minimum $30* for FREE LOCAL DELIVERY option to appear at checkout
- *If under $30, a $3 service fee will apply for local deliveries (please select that option at checkout) *THIS IS LOCAL DELIVERIES ONLY - Grove City, 43123 and nearby surrounding*
- If you're unsure if your address qualifies, please contact us directly BEFORE placing your order
- If you are OUTSIDE our shipping area but select this option at checkout, you will be sent an invoice for shipping fees before your package ships. This invoice must be paid in 24 hours or your order will be canceled.
- Selecting this option at checkout puts responsibility of package security on the customer - if your porch is NOT secure for package to be dropped off to, please do NOT select this option.
- Never Grow Up Boutique is NOT responsible for packages stolen or removed from your porch after delivery
- We will deliver your package in the same processing/shipping time frame as standard shipping below
- Deliveries are usually to be made Monday-Friday between the hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm
- All porch deliveries are considered "NO CONTACT" OR "CONTACTLESS" DELIVERIES - for our protection and yours
- You will still receive confirmation of order being "Ready for Delivery" meaning that order has been prepared and is next in line for delivery day
- You will then receive a confirmation of "delivered" once that package has been dropped off
- A photo can and/or will be taken at drop off for our protection
- Instock orders are typically shipped within 2 business days from the date of order. (Saturday/Sunday are not business days.)
- ORDERS UNDER 2 LBS. WILL SHIP USPS PRIORITY MAIL
- Orders may be shipped via USPS 1st Class, Parcel Post, UPS, FedEx Smart Post*, or FedEx depending on weight of item.
- Once orders ship, estimated delivery is between 3 - 10 business days in the continental US
- UPS DOES NOT ship to PO Boxes
- Once orders ship, estimated delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Military addresses can be up to 6 weeks, unless Priority Mail is selected.
- In-stock orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order.
- Orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
- Once order ships, the estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 days depending on the destination.
- When calculating delivery times, UPS and FedEx do NOT count the day of shipping as a day. So if you selected 2nd Day Air, and your packages shipped on Monday then Tuesday is the 1st day and Wednesday is the 2nd day (day of delivery).
*FedEx Smart Post is a new delivery option that utilizes the efficiencies of both the USPS and FedEx. The package is processed through the ground transportation system of FedEx, but is then delivered to its final destination by the USPS. You are able to track your package on www.fedex.com.
Never Grow Up Boutique currently allows only for CANADA delivery at a flat surcharge. Customer required to take on all additional customs/delivery fees
We will continue to charge an oversized fee on larger items such as Pello, Structured Bags, Leather Goods, Playhouses, Teeter Poppers, Dockatot, etc -at a current rate of $10.95 (addition to Flat Rate) for each item.
We ship OverSized items via UPS with insurance and Tracking. If FEDEX option is utilized, you'll see that noted in your tracking information email.
Packages are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days following receipt of the order. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your package has shipped.
Processing Time + Estimated Ship Time = Total Days to Delivery
Processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days. This means if you place your order on Friday, it may not leave our warehouse until Tuesday. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated shipping time varies by shipping method of USPS or UPS. We know you are eager to receive your order, but please remember that once an order is placed, it is the processing time plus estimated ship time that equals total days to delivery. Please monitor your order by using the tracking number provided to you when the product ships.
Remember that USPS Delivery Confirmation is NOT a tracking # and the USPS quite often only scans the package once it has been delivered. The USPS site may have limited information, if any, about your package. The USPS just has not scanned it into the mail stream - and may not until they deliver it to you, as they are not required to scan it until they deliver it.

However, once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for it. We cannot guarantee how quickly the USPS/FedEx will deliver your package to you.
In an effort to be as green as possible, we recycle and reuse shipping boxes received from our manufacturing and vendor partners, as well as utilize Better Packaging Co polymailers, which are biodegrable and compostable.
This also means any excess boxing, packaging and such is not included in orders unless specifically requested (examples: LilleBaby, Tula or Didymos outer boxing where applicable) We hope our customers understand our efforts to RRR and reduce our carbon footprint!
COST OF SHIPPING VS. COST OF ORDER TOTAL
As a small business, if your product order total is LESS THAN the charge for shipping for any reason (coupon codes, rewards, referral points, etc) your order will be charged the flat shipping fee.
As a small business, we're unable to make exceptions at this time.
The cost for the shipment will be flat rate of $6.95 or cost, whichever is less, unless otherwise noted.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
-Signature services upon delivery are only on an as-requested basis. If you're ordering something that you'd prefer have a signature upon delivery, please specify that at checkout in the order notes, or send us a message/email with your order number. (Sometimes we suggest this on babywearing items and/or large orders!)
