Currently our shipping rates are as follows based on your order total:

 

As of 2018 we will be honoring a flat fee of $4.00 on all online orders, no matter your order total!

Orders $100+ still receive FREE SHIPPING! 

We will continue to offer FREE in-store pickup. Just place your order online to reserve your items and pay. We'll pack up your order within 24 hours and you're welcome to stop by anytime to pickup!

Special WINTER PickUp Option... (Starting Jan 2018) We are happy to offer "DRIVE TRHU PICKUP" as an option for our locals as well! It's cold in Ohio!! Don't want to get out of the car just to grab a few necessities? Baby asleep? Don't worry! Select this option at checkout, include in your order notes the type of car you'll be driving and we'll notify you when your order is ready. Drive up to our back door and give us a call/text (614-361-7193). Let us know you're out back for pickup! We'll scurry out and hand you your goodies! That's easy!!

(We will continue to charge an oversized fee on larger items such as Pello, Teeter Poppers and DockATot - those will be discussed on an order-by-order basis directly with you!)

 

*LOCAL IN-STORE PICKUP Available for FREE 

- Local customers looking to secure a particular item, but pickup in store at a later time can select LOCAL PICKUP at checkout for shipping fees to be waived.  Please note, this is for LOCAL PICKUP only. In the event the product can't be picked up in a reasonable amount of time, we will contact you to make shipping arrangements with applicable shipping fees. 

- We aim to support The United States Postal Service with most package sent via USPS Flat Rate services or alike. In the event your package is over-sized or requires additional packaging, we will ship via UPS or FedEx with tracking information provided via shipping confirmation email. 

- In efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle packaging from our vendors and shipment received by the store, we will recycle packaging, boxes, etc for all customer shipments and hope you will do the same after receiving your order! This also means an excess boxing, packaging and such is not included in orders unless specifically requested (examples: LilleBaby, Tula or Didymos outer boxing where applicable) We hope our customers understand our efforts to RRR and reduce our carbon footprint!

- As we transition in late 2017 to using other shipping methods (outside of Flat Rate packaging) for shipping needs, we will reimburse the customer any excess shipping fees charged based on the sizing/weight of package at shipment. Refund will be issued via original form of payment and an email notification will be received.

- Our goal is to have all orders out in a reasonable about of time, our goal being withing 24-48 hours of order placement.

-Please note, we're at the mercy of the shipping services used just as much as you are and do our best to work with you in all situations! If a package is lost or not received, please contact us directly so we can work together to get you your products! 

-Signature services upon delivery are only on an as-requested basis. If you're ordering something that you'd prefer have a signature upon delivery, please specify that at checkout in the order notes, or send us a message/email with your order number. (Sometimes we suggest this on babywearing items and/or large orders!)
